Description
In this tour, you will discover Northern Provence and the Alps. For the 100th Tour de France you will begin this adventure among the vineyards and the lavender fields. You will enjoy the charming villages of Provence especially Vaison la Romaine and its Roman ruins. On the 14th, it's France national day but also the day of the mythical Mont Ventoux for the stage finish. You will have a VIP access to the finish line in the Espace Izoard VIP. You will just have to wait for the racers. On the 16th, you will have access to the technical zone of the Tour Village in Vaison la Romaine. Then, you will go to the Alps. On the 17th, you will have a VIp access to the Departure Village in Embrun which is normally reserved for press and celebrities. You will also be transfered to the top of the Alpe d'Huez to see the arrival of the racers. On the 19th, you will have access to the technical zone of the Tour Village in Bourg d'Oisans.
You will lodge in 2 and 4 star hotels located in Vaison la Romaine and Les 2 Alpes. In this tour, two dinners are included. Tour de France gifts, energy drinks, water, snacks, picinic lunches and a souvenir jersey are also included.
Bikes are available for rental : Road Bike Look 566 Carbon (265€/bike) Clients have to bring their own clipless pedals to be changed over.
