Description
Explore Fort Niagara, and then aim your bike east as we cycle down "America's Main Street". The towns along the Erie Canal are the largest collection of late 1800's architecture in the US. The historic districts are lined with elaborate stone facades of the glory days of the canal. A nearly level towpath surface provides mellow car free riding. Unique lodging and a microbrewery/ winery visit are sure to get you into vacation mode. We visit the towns of Lockport, Brockport, Albion, and Pittsford and Palmyra.
