Crossing Massif Central MTB Guided Part. I

In this mountain bike tour, you will cross several departements of France. You will discover the region of Auvergne which offers many amazing landscapes. There, you will ride between lakes and volcanoes. You will also discover the arid plateaus of Cantal and the limestone plateaus of the Tarn river gorges. Auvergne's volcanoes are about 65 millions years old. They were active during the last couple of geological periods. Moreover, there is the Cezallier plateau which was created by lava flow. There are many craters and many magnificient lakes.

You will lodge in 2 and 3 star hotels, and a local gite. They are located in Volvic, Orcival, La Godivelle, Saint Flour, Saugues, Bagnols sur Cèze and Florac. All diners and six lunches are included.

On this tour, bikes are available for rental : Scott Genius / Orbea Rallon. (185 euros/bike) Pedals with or without straps are available. Clients can bring their own clipless pedals to be changed over.
